Senior Director,Debt & Equity

We are hiring for a strong Senior Director, Debt & Equity. The Senior Director, Debt & Equity, will play a critical role in sourcing and cultivating relationships with prospects while generating new clients. We are looking for an individual who has an existing book of business, is able to serve as a resource to the entire firm, and will actively source new business while growing the team’s volume.

• Develop and maintain industry relationships with private and institutional retail, commercial real estate owners,
  investors, and service providers to promote new business development and source new deals
• Work with real estate owners to understand their financial objectives for their real estate assets
• Convert relationships into exclusive financing mandates
• Ensure quality of client deliverables by maintaining strong attention to detail
• Oversee credit underwriting activities
• Work within a team framework to identify the appropriate lenders for clients’ various capital needs
• Perform underwriting analysis on deal transactions
• Work closely with other members of the firm to assist in deal negotiations and deal executions
• Manage and track required due-diligence materials related to each deal transaction
• Identify and attend relevant conferences and events

QUALIFICATIONS

• An active Florida Real Estate license
• Five years of experience in sourcing debt and raising equity for real estate transactions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field, preferably finance or real estate
• Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven track record in sales
• Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
• Superior analytical, comprehension, and creative problem-solving skills
• An established network of contacts to source transactions and the ability to create new business
  channels
